Aron Solheim

Senior Lawyer

Aron is a senior lawyer in Schjødt's construction law department. He joined the firm in 2005, and specializes in construction law and general business litigation.

Aron is a graduate of the University of Oslo. Prior to joining the firm he was a research assistant at the Norwegian Institute of Public Law of the Faculty of Law in Oslo, and worked for the Office of the Judge Advocate of the Director General of Military Prosecutions. Furthermore, he took a leave of absence for one year to sit as a deputy judge at the Nedre Romerike District Court. Aron has broad experience from construction law and construction law disputes, as well as from general business litigation.

Key Experience

• Represented Nordea before the District Court and the Court of Appeal in an action for damages against E&Y after the bankruptcy of Sponsor Service ASA, in which Nordea recovered MNOK 135 in damages
• Represented large construction companies in several high-profile and high value construction law disputes
• Argued landmark construction law case before the Supreme Court (Rt 2008 s.963)
