Petroleumsloven

In "Petroleumsloven" a systematic review of the Petroleum Act is presented. Each provision in the act is thoroughly commented on and the authors draw the lines in an extensive set of rules. This is done both horisontally to relevant provisions in the Petroleum Act and other acts, and vertically to sets of regulations and systems of contracts provided in accordance with the Petroleum Act.

In addition, the authors illuminate the relation to the EEA agreement with belonging directives which is implemented in the Petroleum Act with regulations.
