"Our greatest asset is our employees" is a much-used expression, and in professional services firms, this is even more relevant. We are proud of our employees and, together with them, seek to continually develop and improve our firm. Some of our lawyers join us as graduates and progress all the way to the partnership; others choose alternative careers after a number of years in Schjødt. There are also several former colleagues who return to us, after gaining valuable experience in positions outside the firm.

We hope that all of our people, irrespective of their final choice of career, will look on their time with us as an exciting period of challenge, personal development and professional rewards. At Schjødt, we also value and promote the social aspects of a demanding job and many of our current and former partners and employees find not just colleagues, but also friends, in our firm.

We would like to keep in touch with our alumni, whether you are in private or public sector, an academic, in another law firm or in another field. We hold an annual social gathering in Oslo that we usually combine with a lecture and a presentation of Schjødt's recent developments and future plans. We are delighted to get updates from old friends and also appreciate help in updating our contact information.
