Amelia advises owners, operators and other stakeholders on marine projects, offshore construction projects, floating energy and transactional matters in the shipping and related energy sectors. Her practice is international covering matters such as floating oil and gas projects, LNG projects, shipbuilding contracts, charterparties (including long term LNG project time charters) and other service contracts, ship finance, ship sale and purchase, management agreements, vessel registrations and flagging, joint ventures and related corporate and contractual matters.
Amelia qualified as a solicitor in March 2009 and joined the firm in 2020. She is a graduate of the Department of English at Warwick University and is French speaking.
