Anna Norberg

Anna specializes in capital markets transactions, public M&A and general corporate advisory. She particularly has experience with initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, private placement issuances and drafting of prospectuses and prospectus requirements. She has also assisted in public takeovers and general corporate matters, including general meetings, corporate governance, disclosure obligations and insider information requirements. Anna has also experience with share and share-related incentive programmes for listed companies.

Anna joined the firm in 2021 after obtaining her Master of Laws degree. Prior to joining Schjødt, she had a traineeship at another top-tier law firm. In addition, she worked as a junior legal trainee for a legal tech startup based in Copenhagen. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Lund University.
