Anna is specialised in insurance law and regulatory requirements for supervised undertakings. She has advised both Swedish and foreign insurance companies and insurance intermediaries, as well as credit institutions, payment service providers and consumer credit institutions and their owners in a various number of regulatory issues. Anna's recent experience includes advise in M&A transactions, corporate governance and internal control questions, Solvency II and IDD related matters, as well as advise in relation to various regulatory filings and applications to the SFSA.
Before joining Schjødt in 2015 (then Hamilton), Anna was a senior associate in KPMG´s Financial and Risk Management team and in-house legal counsel at a Swedish life insurance company. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Stockholm University and a recommended lawyer by Legal 500.
