Dmitry Morgan

Dmitry Morgan is a senior associate in the Corporate Group at the Firm’s London office. Dmitry advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including private equity transactions (where he regularly acts for sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies), private M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. 

Prior to joining the Schjødt, Dmitry was a corporate associate at the London office of a New York law firm and a corporate associate at Macfarlanes. Dmitry graduated from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in physics and from the Moscow States Law Academy with a degree in Russian law. Dmitry also obtained an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and completed his GDL and LPC at the BPP University Law School. 

Dmitry is fluent in Russian and has a working knowledge of German. Dmitry is admitted to practice in England and Wales and in Russia.
