Erica Hegerin

Erica has considerable experience in private M&A transactions, private equity and general corporate law matters and regularly represents Nordic private equity clients and domestic and international industrial clients across a wide range of industries. Her experience spans from large cross-border transactions to add-on acquisitions and covers the full spectrum of M&A work, including auction processes, negotiated deals, co-investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, share transfers, asset deals and mergers.

Erica has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2011 and joined Schjødt in 2020 in connection with Schjødt's merger with the Swedish law firm Hamilton, where she was a partner. Prior to that, she was an associate at the law firms Ashurst and Linklaters. Her work experience also includes a secondment at Linklater's private equity group in London.
