Erlend Bakke Torsholt

Erlend is curently on leave of absence.

Erlend works in Schjødt`s M&A-department. He has experience in advising and representing private and public companies, in Norway and internationally, with acquisitions, mergers, investments, and various corporate and contractual matters.

Erlend also specialises in renewable energy, and has experience from several transactions relating to wind farms and hydroelectric power plants.

Erlend joined the firm in 2017. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
