Kristin Slørdahl Hjort

Kristin is head of the employment law practice group. She has extensive experience within the fields of employment law, litigation, mediation and dispute resolution. She has previously worked as a deputy judge in Oslo District Court, as law clerk in the Supreme Court of Norway, and as an associate in Thommessen law firm. She holds an LLM degree with specialization in international law from the University of California, Berkeley, where she also undertook courses in employment law, negotiation and mediation.

Kristin obtained a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo in 2008. She was a research fellow at the Institute of private law, Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo and wrote her one-year master thesis within the fields of employment law and international private law.
