Mikael Helgaseth

Mikael specialises in capital markets transactions, securities law and public M&A. He is also involved with private M&A transactions and general corporate law.

Mikael joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, he had traineeships at several other law firms. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
