Thomas Nygren
Partner
Thomas is partner with focus on technology and telecom law, technology transactions, tech - startups and data privacy. He is also co-head of our Industry department. His principal areas of work are in technology contracts, private M&A in relation to technology companies, regulatory telecom matters and commercial contracts. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex technology transactions, representing investors and industrial players.
Thomas has been a lawyer since 1986 and has worked as legal advisor since 1990 and he joined Schjødt in 2020. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Uppsala. He became junior judge (fiscal) with Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm in 1990. He is ranked as recommended individual in international rankings, including Legal 500.
