William Lundgren

William specialises in real estate transactions and commercial lease law. He particularly has experience with due diligence processes, various lease and real estate law issues, and writing and negotiating share purchase agreements.

William joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, he worked at a global law firm with commercial domestic and international transactions in the Tax and M&A Real Estate practice groups and has several years of commercial real estate experience from outside the field of law. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

William is based in Stockholm and is a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
