New partner in Schjødt, finance specialist Kaare Sverdrup

We are pleased to announce that finance specialist Kaare P. Sverdrup has joined Schjødt as a partner. He will be located in Oslo, and form part of our tier 1 pan-Scandinavian banking, finance and restructuring team.
Kaare has a wealth of experience from his twenty-three years at Wiersholm, the last fifteen as a partner. He is highly regarded in the market for his banking and finance practice, representing Norwegian and international issuers and borrowers, sponsors, lenders and financial institutions on a range of mandates across all sectors.
