Adrian Hallström

Adrian advises banks, debt funds and financial institutions as well as real estate private equity investors and real estate funds in financing transactions. His experience covers international acquisitions, asset-backed financing, leveraged financing, high yield bonds and out-of-court restructurings. 

He has been a lawyer since 2016 and joined Schjødt in May 2025 from Roschier Advokatbyrå. His previous experience also includes working with real estate corporate finance at Carnegie Investment Bank. 

Adrian has passed the SwedSec licensing exam for specialists and is a graduate of Örebro University.
