Alexandra Oster Matic

Alexandra is part of Schjødt’s Banking and Finance team. She joined the firm in November 2025. 

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Stockholm University, complemented by international experience at IE University in Madrid - recognised as a top-tier business school in Europe. 

During her studies she interned at a transactional Stockholm-based law firm, where she primarily worked on banking and finance transactions, real-estate acquisitions and matters related to capital markets and private equity. Alexandra also gained in-house experience at Pophouse Entertainment Group, working with corporate governance, corporate law and contract matters in the context of music and media investments.
