Alice Thomas is an English law qualified lawyer based in London (qualified September 2006) specialising in asset finance. She has an extensive and broad range of experience in the shipping and offshore sectors acting for owners, banks and investment funds advising on syndicated and bilateral debt facilities, bond facilities, inter creditor arrangements and structured financings including project and lease financing of LNG carriers, FPSOs and other floating production units, sale and lease back transactions, ship sale and purchase transactions and with a particular focus on cross border debt restructurings.
