Andreas Hundevadt

Andreas specializes in both corporate law and mergers & acquisitions and works across the entire spectrum of M&A-related activities. He also has experience in handling matters within the life sciences industry.
Andreas joined Schjødt in 2021. Prior to joining the firm full time, he was a trainee at the Norwegian law firm Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen, where he wrote his master thesis on the valuation of company shares given an inequality in economical rights. In addition, Andreas has studied international business and trade law at The University of Queensland.
