Andreas Overaa
Senior Lawyer
Andreas is a senior lawyer in our Transactions department. He has wide experience working with M&A and capital markets transactions, including also corporate, board and management advisory. He represents strategic and financial investors in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity markets transactions, as well as corporate and debt restructurings. Andreas works on both sell-side and buy-side mandates, often involving a number of jurisdictions and across a large range of business sectors.
