Ayeh al Ani

Ayeh al Ani is an associate in Schjødt’s IP and Advisory practice group in Oslo. She joined the firm full-time in 2026 after previously working as a trainee at Schjødt. 

She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo (2026) and is currently studying medicine at the University of Oslo. Ayeh was awarded the Schjødt scholarship for her master’s thesis on supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) in the pharmaceutical industry. Her thesis focused on the legal framework governing SPCs and pharmaceutical regulation within the life sciences sector. 

Ayeh works primarily with intellectual property and advisory matters, with a particular interest in the intersection between law, life sciences and healthcare
