Birgitte Stenberg Kravik

Birgitte is a partner in employment law, with special focus on industrial relations and collective bargaining. She has extensive experience with central and local union negotiations, both within the service sector and the industrial sector. 

Birgitte has been a lawyer since 2008 and joined Schjødt for the first time in 2008. After having worked in different employers’ organizations, and also as an inhouse lawyer and leader in a big industrial company, she returned to Schjødt in 2026. 

For the period 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029 she has been appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Inclusion as a deputy judge in the Labour Court (Arbeidsretten) following a proposal from NHO (The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise).
