Charles advises direct lending funds, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in financing transactions. He also has experience of out-of-court restructurings.
Charles joined the firm in 2021. During his law studies at Stockholm University, Charles was a senior editor at Juridisk Publikation, a law review.
Charles speaks Chinese (Mandarin) in addition to Swedish and English.
