Christoffer Saastad

Christoffer is part of Schjødt’s Restructuring & Insolvency and Banking & Finance teams. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, he completed several traineeships at law firms in Oslo and Bergen. 

Christoffer holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen, where he specialised in corporate law. His master’s thesis, written as part of the faculty’s research master programme, examined when a floating charge over a company’s operating assets and inventory is extinguished as to an individual asset upon its authorised sale.
