Daniel Bolsveen Nyhus
Managing Associate
Daniel specializes in private M&A. He has experience in advising and representing domestic and international corporate and private equity clients in cross-border and domestic transactions across a wide range of industry sectors. He also has experience in advising within all matters of corporate law.
Daniel also has experience in transactional risk management and procuring and negotiating transactional insurance solutions, including warranty and indemnity insurances.
Daniel joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the firm Daniel worked as an associate in Simonsen Vogt Wiig and acted as in-house legal advisor for Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo and holds a diploma from American University, Washington College of Law.
