Emma Berglund Uväng

Emma is the co-head of our Finance department. Her principal areas of work are in insolvency law. She has extensive experience in advising companies in distressed situations and she also represents clients in connection with insolvency related litigation. She is regularly appointed as an administrator in company reorganisation, bankruptcy trustee and liquidator.

Emma graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Uppsala 2004 and joined Schjødt in 2020 when Hamilton merged with Schjødt. She is ranked as a leading individual in Legal 500 and ranked by Chambers and Partners.
