Fatma Lamin
Senior Associate
Fatma specialises in financing and restructuring transactions and is part of the Finance department. She advises and represent lenders, agents, arrangers and borrowers/issuers in a wide range of leveraged financing transactions, including acquisition financing, debt capital markets transactions related to corporate financing, refinancing, ship financing, syndicated loans and high-yield bond issues. Fatma also advise on cross border restructuring proceedings.
Fatma joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she had traineeships at several corporate law firms. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of University of Bergen and has an LL.M (Master of Laws) from University of Glasgow in Corporate & Finance Law where she specialised in Debt Finance & Security and M&A transactions.
Fatma speaks Wolof in adddition to Norwegian and English.
