Frida Kristin McPherson

Frida is currently on leave of absence.

Frida specialises in banking, financing and debt capital markets. She advises domestic and international sponsors, lenders and borrowers/issuers on various transactions, such as corporate financing, acquisition financing, project/asset financing, syndicated loans and bond issues. As part of such financing Frida works with a variety of sectors and industries. Frida advises on listing of bonds, stock exchange rules, securities laws and regulations and compliance under bond agreements. She also has experience working with restructurings.

Frida joined the firm in 2020, after graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.
