Gustaf works in Schjødt's M&A department. He specialises in private M&A and general corporate advisory, with a particular focus on Swedish and cross-border transactions (including cross-border mergers). Gustaf has also wide experience in company and contract law.
Gustaf joined the firm in 2020 in connection with Schjødt's merger with the Swedish law firm Hamilton.
