Gytis Akelaitis

Gytis is part of Schjødt’s banking and finance department, primarily focused on advising direct lending funds, corporate borrowers and bond trustees in financing transactions. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm University. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Gytis worked at two of Sweden's leading banks and completed a traineeship at another Stockholm-based corporate law firm.
