Håkon Hjelseth Aksnes

Håkon specializes in both bank financing and investor based financing, and is part of the Finance department. He particularly has experience with acquisition financing, restructuring financing, bonds, ship financing, and financial assistance restrictions and issues.

Håkon joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, he had traineeships at Schjødt and several other law firms, including a scholarship granted by another law firm for his masters' thesis on the Norwegian Standard 8401 in relation to the planning phase of construction. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
