Henrik Resare

Henrik specialises in banking and finance where he advises direct lending funds, corporate borrowers, financial institutions and bond trustees in financing transactions. Henrik also specialises in insolvency law including formal bankruptcies, company restructurings, liquidations and matters related thereto. Henrik joined the firm in 2023. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University.
