Ingeborg Øverås

Ingeborg works in Schjødt’s Industry department, primarily with EU and competition law, and is also affiliated with the M&A department. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen, specializing in competition law and corporate law.
She joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she had traineeships at Schjødt and several other law firms. In addition, she was assigned the Schjødt scholarship for her master thesis on information exchange between competitors as an object restriction under the Norwegian Competition Act Section 10.
