Johanna Berge

Johanna is part of the Transactions Department and works with banking & finance. She graduated from the University of Tromsø in 2024. 

During her studies, she interned at several corporate law firms and a district court. She also worked as a study group leader and was recognized with the Faculty of Law´s Teaching Prize as the Best Study Group Leader. 

As a contestant in a moot court competition hosted by Wiersholm, she was awarded the prize for the Best Closing Argument, as well as being part of the winning team. She also spent a semester abroad at Bond University in Australia.

Prior to joining Schjødt full-time, Johanna received the Schjødt scholarship for her master´s thesis on pledging of custodian-registered fund shares. In addition, Johanna serves as an external examiner for the law program at the University of Oslo.
