Johanne Pettersen

Johanne is part of Schjødt's M&A team. 

Prior to joining Schjødt in 2025, she was assigned the Schjødt scholarship for her master thesis on non-compete clauses in shareholders' agreements. Johanne holds a Master of Laws degree from University of Bergen, where she specialised in corporate and tax law. During her studies, she served as a study group lead for first year students as well as having a traineeship at Schjødt.
