Jostein Berg Knutsen

Jostein specialises in mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in advising and representing local and international companies with transactions, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and general corporate assistance, often with cross-border aspects. He also has experience with distress situations, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Jostein completed his Master of Laws degree at the University of Bergen in 2017. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London, where he specialised in M&A, Corporate Finance Law and Banking Law. After completing his Master of Laws degree, he has specialised in corporate law and tax law at the University of Bergen.
