Julia Fell

Julia is a Managing Associate focusing on debt finance. She regularly advises domestic and international clients, including banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and direct lending funds, on a wide range of financing transactions. She has particular experience in domestic and cross-border acquisition financing, corporate lending, real estate finance, bonds and other debt capital market transactions. 

She joined Schjødt in April 2025, having previously worked at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab and Horten Advokatpartnerselskab. She holds a Master of Science in Commercial Law and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
