Kajsa Sundklev

Kajsa is a Senior Lawyer focusing on debt finance. She regularly advises banks and financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity sponsors, large corporates, arrangers, borrowers and issuers in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border debt finance arrangements, including bank financings, leveraged acquisition finance transactions, IPO financings, real estate finance, out-of-court restructurings, high yield bonds and other debt capital markets transactions and sustainable and green finance. 

Kajsa has been a lawyer since 2018 and joined Schjødt in January 2025. Her previous experience includes working as a visiting lawyer at DNB Bank and as an associate at the law firms Gernandt & Danielsson and White & Case Stockholm. Kajsa is a graduate of Stockholm University and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
