Kari Tveitevoll Eide

Kari specialises in corporate law, M&A, contracts for the petroleum industry, restructuring and securities law. She regularly advices clients in M&A processes, corporate matters, as well as contract negotiations for the oil service industry.

Kari was a member and deputy member of the control committee of a publicly listed savings and loan bank for four years and was at the same time also a member of the committee of representatives in this bank.

Kari joined the firm in 2008. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
