Karl Klackenberg

Karl Klackenberg is a partner in the Transaction department. His principal areas of work are in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Karl has considerable experience of M&A, Private Equity and corporate law issues which arise in connection with private M&A transactions – both as an adviser to private equity funds and well-reputed industrial clients.

Karl has previously worked as a foreign attorney in the M&A department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York – and as a legal secondee at the private equity firm EQT in Stockholm.
