Laura Jørgensen
Associate
Laura is an associate in the Transaction department and is specialised in M&A. Laura has a particular focus with respect to private M&A and private equity, and advises on domestic and international investments and transactions, including structuring of transactions, due diligence processes, drafting of transaction documentation and other corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Schjødt, she worked in the M&A department at DLA Piper in Copenhagen. She holds a Master of Science degree in Commercial Law and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
