Laura Ottesen

Laura works in the Copenhagen office and specialises in labour and employment law. She advises private and public sector employers on all aspects of employment and labour law. Laura’s experience covers litigation and industrial arbitration, covering matters such as employee dismissal and discrimination, as well as providing day‑to‑day employment law advice. Laura obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen in 2025.
