Malene Langermann

Malene works in the Copenhagen office and specialises in labour and employment law. She advises both private companies and public authorities on all aspect of labor and employment law, including drafting of employment-related documents and collective bargaining. Her experience includes litigation and industrial arbitrations concerning dismissal and summary dismissal of employees, discrimination, interpretation of agreements and work-related injuries. Malene also provides day-to-day employment law advice including matters related to whistleblower schemes. She obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen in 2024.”
