Mathias Teir

Mathias is a partner in Schjødt's Transactions department. His principal area of work is in private M&A, with a particular focus on private equity. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing mainly private equity funds and industrial players.

Mathias has been a lawyer since 2009 and joined Schjødt in 2006. He is a cand. jur. graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as an up- and coming and highly regarded individual in international rankings, including Chambers and IFLR1000.

Mathias is based in Bergen but shares his time between the Bergen and Oslo offices.
