Max specialises in capital markets transactions, where he regularly advices both local and international issuers, investment banks and owners in IPOs, listings and public-to-private transactions as well as other transactions involving listed companies. He also advises such clients on both stock exchange -, securities - and corporate law issues. He has also experience with private M&A.
Max joined the firm in 2019. He has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and a Postgraduate Diploma degree in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London (UK).
