Metta Malena Eiane

Metta specialises in private M&A. She has experience in advising and representing local and international industrial companies and Private Equity funds in in relation to acquisitions, mergers, investments, restructurings and other transactions, both cross-border and within the Norwegian market.

Metta also specialises in corporate law and has experience in advising local and international companies within corporate law matters, contract law matters and on other issues forming part of the clients' day to day business.

Metta joined the firm in 2019. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tromsø, where she received the Faculty of Law's master's degree scholarship for her master thesis on personal liability for board members in private and public limited companies.
