Michelle Soto

Michelle specializes in banking and finance where she advises direct lending funds, corporate borrowers, financial institutions and bond trustees in financing transactions. Michelle joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she had various traineeships at Schjødt. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Stockholm University and she did an exchange semester at Universidad de Deusto in Spain.
