Rebecka Von Dardel

Rebecka specialises in capital markets transactions, M&A and general corporate advisory, with a particular focus on private equity. She advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, including IPOs, private and public M&A, and private placements, and has extensive experience advising and working closely with private equity sponsors. Her experience further includes fund formation, co-investment structures and incentive programmes, as well as regulatory matters relating to capital markets, including disclosure obligations and insider information requirements. 

Rebecka joined Schjødt in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the global investment firm EQT as Legal Associate Director (M&A and Investments), where she advised on high-value investments and transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Before that, she practised as a lawyer at Roschier in Stockholm. Rebecka holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University and a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford.
