Tobias Øren

Tobias is a part of Schjødt`s Industry department. He specialises in legal issues pertaining energy, shipping and offshore sectors. He assists in various cases within these domains, providing legal counsel to local and international industry and offshore companies in corporate and contract law matters. In addition, he is affiliated with the M&A department, working with mergers and acquisitions matters. 

Tobias began his career at Schjødt in 2023. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. He also holds a diploma from the University of Queensland, where he specialized in international maritime and shipping law. Tobias was assigned the Schjødt scholarship for his master thesis on EEA-law. During his studies, Tobias had several legal internships at Schjødt and other law firms.
