Ådne Laastad

Adne works in Schjødt’s Finance department and specialises in restructuring and insolvency. He has since 2015 been appointed as administrator of bankruptcy estates by Hordaland District Court and has been involved in the administration of several major bankruptcy estates with both national and international aspects. He also has experience in assisting creditors in relation to Norwegian insolvency proceedings. 

Adne completed his Master of Laws degree at the University of Bergen and holds a Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London. In London, Adne specialised in Banking Law, Legal Aspects of International Finance and Regulation of Financial Markets.
