Workshops on enforcing non-compete clauses and protecting trade secrets

This autumn we will be conducting a mini-series of workshops on legal issues relating to enforcing non-compete clauses and protecting trade secrets. The workshops will address several topics, including:
- Various mechanisms for protecting the company's intellectual property rights (IPR) and trade secrets,
- Litigation when the company's rights have been breached, including claims for compensation for losses, preliminary injunction or relief, and how to secure evidence, and
- Non-compete and trade secrets regulation in different types of agreements, including shareholder agreements, employment agreements and others.
We will address the latest case law and practical experience related to these topics. Stay tuned for an invitation.
